GETTING TO THE FAMILY MEDICINE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER

New York-Presbyterian Hospital: Columbia University Medical Center is located in Washington Heights, and is easily accessible by car, bus, and subway. The Family Medicine at Herman “Denny” Farrell, Jr. Community Health Center is nearby.

BY CAR

From New Jersey: Cross the George Washington Bridge and take Exit #1 to the Henry Hudson Parkway (9A) North. Bear right onto Riverside Drive. Continue onto Edward Morgan Place. Arrive at 610 West 158th Street.

From Major Deagan (I-87 South): Take Exit #5 (Macombs Dam Bridge). Take a right on West 155th Street, then a right on Broadway, followed by a right on 157th Street. Turn left on Edward Morgan Place. Arrive at 610 West 158th Street.

From Connecticut or The Bronx: Travel on the Cross Bronx Expressway (95) South to Henry Hudson Parkway (9A) South. Bear right on Riverside Drive. Continue onto Edward Morgan Place. Arrive at 610 West 158th Street.

From Manhattan: Take the West Side Highway North into the Henry Hudson Parkway (9A) North. Take Exit #13 (W. 158th Street). Turn right on Edward Morgan Place. Arrive at 610 West 158th Street.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Take the "1" train to 157th Street. Alternatively, take the “A” or “C” to 168th Street, then transfer to the downtown “1” and proceed to 157th Street.
